These terms cover buying from the Normies Yacht Club Official Store. Buying something means accepting them.

Who you are buying from

The Official Store is run by the Normies Yacht Club community. Ask in The Lounge, or reach the club on X at @osaykancuno.

Who can buy

Anyone may look. Buying is open to holders of the Normies Yacht Club collection: you connect a wallet and prove, with a signature, that you hold at least one yacht. The signature proves ownership and nothing else — it moves no funds, approves no spending and costs no gas. Access lasts twelve hours per sign-in and can be renewed by connecting again. Selling your last yacht ends your access at the next sign-in.

Made to order

Nothing here is held in stock. Each piece is printed or embroidered for you after you pay, then shipped from the production facility closest to your address. Printing and embroidery usually take two to five business days before an order leaves the workshop; delivery time is on top of that and is shown, with its cost, before you pay.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and include the cost of the item. Delivery is calculated live for your address and shown before payment — it is never estimated afterwards. Payment is taken by Stripe; the store never handles card details. Your order goes into production only once the payment has cleared.

Deliveries outside the production region may attract import duties or taxes set by your own country. These are not included in the price shown here and are the buyer's responsibility.

Cancelling and returns

Because every item is manufactured to your order — your size, your colour, printed on demand — it falls under the exception in EU consumer law for goods made to the consumer's specification. The fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply, and an order cannot be returned for a change of mind or because the wrong size was chosen. Every product page carries a size guide with the maker's own measurements; please use it before you commit.

An order can be cancelled only if production has not yet begun. Ask in The Lounge, or reach the club on X at @osaykancuno.

If something is wrong

A misprint, a manufacturing fault, or an item damaged in transit is replaced at no cost to you. Write within thirty days of delivery with a photograph of the problem. Parcels lost in transit are also covered — tell us and a replacement is sent.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Descriptions

Materials, compositions and certifications shown on product pages are quoted from the manufacturer of the blank, not written by us. Mockup images are renderings: colours can differ slightly from the finished piece, and measurements can vary by a few centimetres, as the size guides state.

Fulfilment

Production and shipping are carried out by a third-party production partner, named in the privacy policy. Availability can change without notice: if an item cannot be produced after you have paid, you will be refunded in full.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Italy. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
